STAFF ON BOARD
PLUS FEATURED CONTENT: Superior vs. Mediocre Funeral Homes
Presented by Glenn Gould, CEO, MKJ Marketing
For the past 25 years funeral home profits have declined as the cremation rate has increased, but not at every funeral home. Many funeral businesses have found ways to generate superior profits with an increasing cremation rate.
Glenn will discuss how cremation and discounters have disrupted the traditional funeral business model. Using financial data provided by Johnson Consulting, and information contributed by MKJ clients nationally, we can discuss strategies that can recover lost profits.
